Studio Stretch Therapy (Chicago) $55

Aimed to help you improve your mindfulness and holistic routine. This can be a group event or a personal session. Focus can include informative and interactive wellness courses including chair yoga, nutritional tips, journaling workshops, breath-work classes and even fun sip-n-stretch or themed events! Offerings can be built into programs or longer packages and can be held at specific locations or in-home. Open space req. 1 hr min.

Wellness Coaching and Workshops $55/person

Usually centered around nationally recognized holidays or health-focused events. Engagements are good for vendor outreach, giving employees wellness tips/free treats, and getting them involved in upcoming events or team projects. 1 hr min, all outreach and products provided, table and space required. 

Lobby or In-Office Engagement Events $60

The same classes listed for in person but via Zoom or another virtual outlet. Classes last 30 min-1 hr. 25 participants maximum per session. Schedules can be set. Specialty classes also offered.

Online Fitness & Wellness Classes $25/attendee

Includes weekly 1-on-1 consultation, holistic insights, meal tracking and engaging virtual challenges. Can be booked between 1-4 weeks and is customizable. Via Zoom, email, phone, and postal mail.

Services will be held via Zoom, email, and postal mail. Events include crystal healing, sound therapy, guided meditation sessions, journaling workshops and tarot readings. This can be a group offering. 1 hr min.

Online Specialty Events & Workshops $30/per

Encourage team bonding and see an improvement in productivity, engagement, and morale. Groups between 10-20 preferred. 1 hr minimum. Outings include escape rooms, nature walks, weekend hotel getaways with fitness and health at the forefront and fun games/workshops. Access to Wellness Retreats can be discussed and are priced per person.

Currently offering a 45 min - 1hr Desk Stretch Learn at Lunch presentation that includes a Breath-work Session & original Chair Yoga Flow. The presentation will inform employees on the importance of daily movement and stretching while working. Can be offered virtually. 
Currently offering a 45 min - 1 hr Attitude Of Gratitude Journaling Workshop. Employees will explore the different methods and benefits of journaling during to improve personal outlook and bonds. Can be a one-time event or an ongoing program.
